from pain to purpose
My personal heroines story involves intense spiritual trauma, a 7 year addiction, codependent relationships, and feeling totally powerless over my inner and outer realities. Growing up as a sensitive soul, I found it hard to cope with life on this planet despite having a lot of privledge in my upbringing.
Early on in my childhood, I experienced years of night terrors that would send my body into states of shock and panic every time the sun went down. Deep states of sadness, anxiety, and addiction swept me up until I found myself at my lowest point in 2013.
I found Yoga in 2014 and my entire world began to change. My suffering started to lift as I dove deep in the ancient Indian teachings of awakening union with God. Once I found Yoga, a whole entire reality opened up before my eyes.
I began my spiritual quest of understanding the root cause of my addictions and dis-eases. I was led to energy healing, shamanism, quantum physics, zen buddhism, occult, western esotericism, and more…
As my soul was being set free through the embodiment of practices like emotional alchemy, meditation, reiki, and yoga, I was called into my path of Soul Service.
I became an entrepreneur in 2016 and have grown and alchemized this brand into what it is today. I am committed to serving my community and beyond and reminding YOU of the incredible power that is at your fingertips.
MY DEEPEST PASSIONS ARE…
- Studying ancient spiritual paths and philosophies
- Practicing meditation and hot yoga
- Evolving my soul and stepping into greater union with all parts of myself
- Playing with my rescue cat, Uni (short for Universe!)
- Traveling and immersing myself in world spirituality
- Seeing you come home to your deepest sense of wholeness and empowerment
- Writing poetry and birthing new songs
